For us it matters that construction and design work as a single whole. Combined, they let us keep the work running smoothly. Founded in 2021, this growing Estonian company employs more than 10 specialists: designers, engineers and builders. We focus on solutions that support the client’s goals.
Our turnover was €1.34 million in 2023, €1.44 million in 2024 and €1.71 million in 2025. The company’s financial position is strong and transparent. We have no debts, our annual reports and tax returns have been filed on time, and the background of the company’s managers is in order. The management board consists of Jaak Tihane, Janno Järvekülg, Priit Raudla and Tiit Aaso.

Do you do both design and construction?
Yes. Design and general contracting are the core business of Nool Projekt OÜ and are carried out by the same team. The client does not have to deal with several different parties.
Where do you work?
Our office is in Viljandi, at Reinu tee 30. We design and build all over Estonia.
Do you work with listed heritage buildings?
Yes. We hold heritage conservation activity notice EMU000600 and have experience in reconstructing and restoring buildings.
