Nool Projekt OÜ prepares building design documentation from sketch design to detailed design. We produce the architectural and structural parts and coordinate the principal design. Our designers work in the same team as our builders. We are based in Viljandi and design all over Estonia.

How the design comes together
Every stage starts from input data you have approved and ends with your approval. Each stage builds on the previous one.

Sketch design
The idea of the building and the outline solution. For an existing building we start with a condition survey and measurements.

Preliminary design
We choose the principles of the solution and the quality level. The preliminary design is the first stage that can be used to apply for a building permit.

Main design
The solutions are refined and the parts of the design are consistent with each other. The budget and the construction tender are based on the main design.

Detailed design
Details, junctions and specifications. Construction work is based on the detailed design only.
